Heat Geek provide options to suit different requirements and ensure quality installation through accredited professionals. Support provided via email or phone by people who actually understand the process of installing heat pumps. Only one issue was that I had selected a new model of heat pump that was not yet authorised for installation, but Heat Geek were flexible and we ended up with exactly what we wanted.

Communication was excellent and every day the guys arrived at the stated time and knew exactly what they were doing that day, informed us of their progress, and informed us of the plan for the following day. All members of the team were polite, respectful of the house and cleaned up as they went, there was little disruption as a result. It was the hottest week of the year but they worked incredibly hard throughout and finished in the predicted timescale. Grant, Adam Louis and Jezz were a pleasure to have on site, the attention to detail on everything they did was first class and I’m sure I couldn’t have chosen better.
